Spinach and Pea Paratha, Rhubarb Chutney, Strawberry & Almond Smoothie
You’re invited to the next session of “Seasonal Food” workshops, which will focus on radish, spinach, onions, salads, rhubarb, strawberries and peas. A balanced vegetarian meal (Spinach and Pea Paratha, Rhubarb Chutney, Strawberry & Almond Smoothie) is planned for the 13 May (11h30-13h00) demonstration. A partial presentation of the discussion, the recipe, nutritional information and the carbon footprint of meal will be posted on the blog, http://nurturingnature.blogspot.com/ The workshop is feasible if the are at least 3 participants and limited to 8 people.
